Moach ("the App," "we," "us") is built and provided by Itamar Fainburg. This policy explains how the App handles your information. The short version: Moach does not collect personally identifying data and does not sell or share data. We collect anonymous usage data to improve the App (see section 1) - most of what the App does happens on your device.

1. Information we collect

No personal data that identifies you. Moach requires no account to work. You may optionally sign in with Sign in with Apple - in which case your name and email (if you choose to share them) are stored only on your device and are never sent to any server. We use no advertising, no cross-app tracking, and no IDFA. We do collect anonymous usage data (which screens and actions are common) to improve the App and measure campaigns, via the analytics services PostHog and Firebase Analytics (Google). This data is not linked to your identity and is not used for cross-app tracking. The only network connections are for this anonymous analytics and for subscription management (see section 5).

2. Screen Time data (Apple Family Controls)

Moach helps you block and limit apps using Apple's Screen Time / Family Controls framework. Your app selections and usage are handled entirely by iOS on your device. Apple provides this information to Moach only as opaque tokens that we cannot read, and Apple's rules prohibit this data from leaving your device. We never see, collect, or transmit your Screen Time data, the list of apps you use, or how long you use them.

3. On-device storage

Your rules, settings, schedules, and progress are stored locally on your device (including a private app-group container shared only with Moach's own extensions). This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

4. Notifications

Moach may send you local reminders (notifications generated on your device). These involve no server and transmit no data.

5. Payments & subscriptions

If Moach offers a subscription, all payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment details. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

To manage your subscription status we use a third-party service provider, RevenueCat. It processes your subscription purchase history (such as the purchase and renewal) together with a randomly generated anonymous identifier. This information is used solely for app functionality (to verify whether your subscription is active), is not linked to your identity, and is never used for tracking. 6. Children

Moach is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.

7. Sharing & selling

Because we collect no personal data, we have nothing to share or sell. We do not and will not sell or share personal information.

8. Security

Since your data stays on your device, its security is protected by your device's own protections (passcode, Face ID / Touch ID, encryption).

9. Your rights

Even though we hold no personal data about you, we respect the rights granted by the EU/UK GDPR and the California CCPA/CPRA - see "Your Privacy Choices" below.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Material changes will be reflected here.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Moach you agree to these Terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which these Terms supplement.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Moach on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Not medical advice

Moach is a self-control and digital-wellbeing tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or health advice. Use it at your discretion; we make no guarantee of any particular result.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Moach may offer auto-renewing subscriptions. Price and billing period are shown in the App before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Purchases are handled by Apple; refunds are subject to Apple's policies.

5. Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer, resell, misuse the App, or use it unlawfully.

6. Intellectual property

Moach, its design, and content are owned by Itamar Fainburg and protected by law. These Terms grant no ownership rights.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Moach is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

You may stop using Moach at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end the service or these Terms where reasonably necessary.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

Moach collects no personal data, so there is nothing for us to access, correct, delete, sell, or share on our side. Still, you are fully in control:

• On your device: All your data lives on your device. Deleting the App permanently removes it. You can revoke Screen Time permission anytime in iOS Settings.
• GDPR (EU/UK): You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of personal data. As we hold none, these are satisfied by the on-device controls above; contact us with any question.
• CCPA/CPRA (California): You have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell or share personal information and never have. There is no "sale" to opt out of.
